As the President of the Renner Group,
Inc., I am committed to providing the best in class,
real world, customized, educating and highly motivating
training seminars available in the marketplace today and
beyond. To provide the above I must constantly practice
the art of Kaizen, to improve each and every day. My
passion is my business, to help others achieve their
goals and to exceed their expectations. I have taken my
34 years of direct contact in business experience to
develop our WIN/WIN/WIN Negotiation training seminars.
My WIN/WIN/WIN Negotiation training is based upon
two of
the most important principles in life, honesty and the
Golden Rule. When you live professionally by these two
principles you truly can create customers for life. We
offer several levels of WIN/WIN/WIN Negotiation training
seminars customized to address your company’s specific
needs. My expertise is based upon numerous years of
experience in the automotive industry. During my career
in a multi-line new car dealership I started in sales,
progressing to sales management and eventually as vice
president/partner. Throughout my time in the automotive
world, I learned firsthand the importance of building
relationships and made it my goal to create customers
for life through WIN/WIN/WIN Negotiation. Each class is
strongly based upon a minimum of 60% class interaction,
40% instruction. My clientele base has been both in and
out of the automotive industry. While my background is
primarily in the automotive industry, my training
transcends any industry. My approach is one of
versatility that can easily be customized and applied to
any service or product. I have the great fortune to have
been in sales, sales management, sales training,
consignment, rentals, leasing and ownership. I look at
each and every training session from each perspective,
which I know creates the most informed session for all
who attend. These stepping stones of my career
advancement have allowed me great insight that few
trainers have had the privilege to live. We all know
that creating relationships is what business is all
about and if we are fortunate, we can then take that
relationship to the greatest level, which is to
create a
partnership.
I have traveled throughout the United States providing
services for a host of clients ranging from small
businesses up to a sister company of a Forbes Global
2000 Top 10 International Corporation. Most importantly,
I have been blessed to be allowed to train, facilitate,
co-develop and collaborate with some of the keenest
minds in multiple arenas, which allows me a unique
