Mr. Renner’s expertise is based upon numerous years of
experience in the automotive industry. During his career in
a multi-line new car dealership he started in sales,
progressing to sales management and eventually as vice
president/partner. Throughout his time in the automotive
world, he learned firsthand the importance of building
relationships and made it his goal to create customers for
life. Mr. Renner has taken those years of direct experience
to develop customer-driven and energizing courses for his
clients. Each class is strongly based upon a minimum of 60%
class interaction, 40% instruction. He has traveled
throughout the United States providing services for a client
range from small businesses up to a sister company of a
Forbes Global 2000 Top 10 International Corporation. His
clientele base has been both in and out of the automotive
industry. His experience has allowed him to develop highly
customized training for individual clients whilst
integrating key elements from their organization into each
session. While Mr. Renner’s background is primarily in the
automotive industry, his sales training transcends any
industry. His approach is one of versatility that can easily
be customized and applied to any service or product.
Mr. Renner is a firm believer in the “golden rule” and
interweaves this message throughout his training. He has an
